If you are thinking of setting out to make money online with forex and need to learn forex trading, there are some not-so-obvious (but very important) choices to be made.

 

Should you trade so that every pip of movement in your carefully-selected direction earns you $1 or $10.

 

Obvious eh? Make Money Online

Ah! But for every tick against your trade, you'd lose $10 also. Mmmm, now that’s really  important when you’re starting out with as little as $250!

 

Lesson 1: If you start online forex trading with little capital, you'll need to trade in small sizes (lots). OK, the trading gains won't be big, but neither will your trading losses (and there WILL be losses along the way).  

 

The secret is to ensure that your gains always exceed your losses.

 

And if you have great forex trading systems and you learn FRX well (just look around this site), and you truly understand the FX market and know what you are doing (it’s all here), your small gains will exceed your small losses and you will rapidly grow your forex trading account with bigger and bigger gains!

As your trading account grows, you can steadily increase the size of your  trades. You can choose to let every pip equal five dollars, then ten, and eventually 100 dollars.

 

The secret is to always keep your trading lot sizes in proportion to your overall “bank” (me? I never invest more than 5% of my bank in a single trade).

 

Basically, that’s all there is to it!  You aren’t working harder, you're just working smarter. It’s much more simple than internet marketing - buying and selling stuff.  

 

You don't have to chase after customers or go crazy trying to constantly drag in new traffic to your web site.  

 

You don’t have to worry about having sufficient stock or inventory, or whether you’ll be able to deliver in time.

 

You just use the available forex information and your online forex trading training to form an opinion the forex market will go, and back that opinion by buying or selling a forex contract.

 

Then trade your forex contract for a tidy profit!

Whether you need to make money quick, or can take it slowly,  you MUST learn FX well and treat forex trading as a business. So how much money can you make with currency trading on a daily basis?


Let's take a look at an example:

 

When price moves 1 tick, it is known as a pip. One pip movement is equal to $10 profit/loss (if you are trading at $10 per pip)

In the above example, you can see that the currency moved from 1.7275 to 1.7617. The difference is 342 pips. This movement happened within a space of 18 hours.


At $10 per pip (for example) 342 pips = $3420 within 18 hours.

 

OK, it’s not likely that you'll capture all of that move, but you could certainly have ridden part of it and profited on the way up. How many pips do you think you could have captured?

 

100? or 200? or 300?


Well, that depends on the forex trading strategy  you employ to enter and exit a trade, and these forex techniques are taught by most of the products reviewed and described on the pages of this site.

 

So do you think that YOU can create an online forex trading business and make $1000, $2000 or even $3000 within 18 hours? Well, I'm here to tell you that you can.
